21st Century Gateway Fund Management Company Limited was registered in Hong Kong in 2006, with Greater China as its core market.
Founded under the umbrella of the then U.S.-based architectural design and planning firm PDI World Group Limited headquarters. Jointly led and managed by then-CEO Mr. Stephen Huh, Mr. William Huang (then representative of Citibank Toronto, Canada, for Asia), and Ms. Lynn Huang (then PDI's China representative).
Investment advisory management and project review activities across Greater China and international markets, including capital injection into the China market.
Following the 2008 Lehman Brothers financial crisis, first restructuring into: PDI World Group + LGM + Casa Serena, and Lynn Huang.
Divestment and dissolution of the then-existing structure in the context of the pandemic.
Reorganized and relaunched, returning to the Greater China market.
