Services
Capital. Advisory. Financing.
Three service lines, each mapped to a stage of Gateway's service process.
Service Lines
What we do.
Service Process
Four stages.
01
Initial Assessment
Preliminary capital structure assessment report.
Based on structural analysis of public and client-provided information; does not constitute investment advice or a guarantee of deal feasibility — the final determination depends on subsequent due diligence findings.
02
Structuring
Deal structure and term sheet design document.
The structuring stage incorporates a legal compliance review checkpoint; all structural arrangements are premised on executability and compliance boundaries, and do not presume counterparty acceptance.
03
Execution
Liaison records and execution documents (letters of intent, term sheets, etc.).
At this stage, Gateway's role is limited to arrangement; whether a transaction closes depends on the independent will of both parties and due diligence outcomes — Gateway does not guarantee that a transaction will be consummated.
04
Ongoing Management
Periodic progress and status-change reports.
Tracks the execution status and changes of existing arrangements; does not constitute a forecast or guarantee of future performance or returns.
All services listed are advisory and arrangement services in nature.
